Are you Unleashing the Power of Biblical Values in your Business?
Leaders with a God-given vision, mission and values frequently fail to put them into practice in any systematic way. They remain lifeless words on a poster. Employees, customers, and other stakeholders question your integrity when they cannot see the vision an values come to life through day-to-day actions.
How to transform your values from words to day-to-day reality
Do you experience one or more of these breakdowns?
This is the experience of many Christian business owners!
By it doesn’t have to be this way.
"My leadership team and employees are not all on the same page."
"Silos exist across departments."
“Our customers suffer because we are not working as a team."
“I hesitate to delegate and end up carrying the load."
"Team members are not always held accountable when they don’t align with our values."
"I get caught in the weeds working in the business rather than on the business."
"I make costly mistakes in not hiring the right people."
"I have sleepless nights worrying about cash flow."
"I question how well we reflect Christ’s Kingdom on earth."
Kingdom Culture
Imagine what it looks like to be a Kingdom business leader with a Kingdom Culture:
- Your heart, mind and actions are aligned with the Holy Spirit and God’s Word.
- You move from working in the business as a manager to working on the business as a true leader and owner.
- You share your vision, mission and values in an inspiring and compelling way and enroll employees, customers and other stakeholders.
- You have a Values Roadmap which translates values into behaviors.
- The decisions, priorities, and actions of you and your people are aligned with the Values Roadmap.
- High performance teams drive your reputation for service excellence.
- You effectively hire, communicate and delegate so you don’t feel burdened by always carrying the load.
- You enjoy greater freedom to engage with family and friends, and pursue personal and community passions.
- You attract people to Christ by how you build win-win partnerships with customers, employees, vendors and all key stakeholders.
How Your Company Can Truly Reflect God’s Character
We work with Christian entrepreneurs and business owners whose dream is to build a thriving company on the rock of biblical principles rather than on sand. (Matthew 7:24-27). We help you build and implement a plan to intentionally translate your vision and values into a thriving Kingdom culture. Our proven Kingdom leader and Kingdom culture methodologies transform small and medium-sized business owners from survival to best in class in their industry.
I discovered in consulting with Christian-led companies and documenting case examples for my book, Reflecting God’s Character in Your Business, that to grow a thriving Kingdom culture starts with growing as a Kingdom leader. It all starts from the inside out. We have a proven methodology called PEACE we developed over the last 30 years to grow Kingdom leaders.
Our PEACE methodology grows the capability of leaders, like you, to align your heart, mind and actions with God’s character, values, and agenda.
The PEACE methodology focuses on growing the Kingdom Leader with the mindset, behavior, skills, and tools needed to grow a Kingdom Culture. A Kingdom Culture is as developed and effective as the Kingdom leader.

Why am I passionate about Kingdom Leadership and Culture?
As a 3 year old Armenian child growing up in Turkey, my father was an eye witness to the Turkish massacres of the Armenian people. Noone should ever see what he saw, let alone a 3 year old child. His experience was indelibly imprinted in his conscience and colored his outlook on life. That’s why he repeatedly told me throughout my childhood and adulthood, that evil overcomes good and big business and big government crush the small innocent guy.
Deeply influenced by my father’s first hand understanding of good and evil, I earned a Ph.D. in Organization Behavior to build the capability of leaders to intentionally build a Kingdom Culture — a culture which inspires and equips employees to provide extraordinary service to customers. As an executive coach, consultant and trainer, I have partnered with leaders and work teams in the US and in Europe for over thirty years. I work in a variety of industries including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, finance, technology, transportation, and banking. Regardless of the industry, there are recurrent patterns. Money, politics, command and control leadership and transactional relationships undermine the aspirations of leaders to create a high performing, high support culture.

“If you get all people on the same page around core values and priorities, there is nothing you can’t accomplish.”
When I received Jesus as my Lord and Savior, I received a new calling, to enable Christian business leaders and owners to reflect Christ’s character through their leadership and business. To realize this calling I founded Avedisian Management Consultants. My vision today is to partner with Christian business leaders in small and medium sized businesses who want to be leaders in their industry, are committed to building win-win relationships, and demonstrating extraordinary results with all stakeholders. Partnering with
Christian business owners, I discovered a prevalent problem. Leaders who have the right values and heart to serve people are frequently overwhelmed with day to day demands and don’t know how to intentionally create a Kingdom culture. Therefore, they far short of their potential to advance God’s Kingdom on earth.
Joining a Christian CEO membership group and met a fellow member, who is founder and CEO of a national wealth planning organization and financial services company. We both observed that faith in the marketplace speakers and books focused on biblical concepts, but lacked the “how tos.” So we wrote a book entitled Reflecting God’s Character in Your Business, to integrate biblical concepts with practical application. The book includes indepth case examples of faith-based CEOs who set the standards in their industry and are thriving. Today we are consulting and coaching Christian CEOs based on this framework which utilizes the learnings from these best practice companies as well as our own first hand experience. The results of applying this framework are moving companies from good to great in their markets.
